Rail regulations from China to Europe

In accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No.1374 (hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 1374) dated October 15, 2024, the previously approved by Decree No. 313 (Appendix No. 3)

(hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 313) list of goods that are actually prohibited for transit through the territory of the Russian Federation has been significantly expanded.

Thus, when sending goods on China-Europe route, we ask you to avoid sending any goods named in Appendix No. 3 to Resolution No. 313 in the Company’s services.

 

Additionally, we inform you that when the customs authorities of the Russian Federation identify containers with the mentioned goods, the containers are removed from traffic at stations of the

Russian Federation for customs inspection and further detained by customs authorities (with subsequent confiscation). In this regard, we are forced to note that if such situations arise, additional

costs related to the delay of cargo by customs authorities (including costs related to containers loaded on the same platform) will be addressed to your company for reimbursement.

1. Decree No. 313 of the Russian Federation dated September 3rd, 2022 “On measures to implement the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated March 8th, 2022 No. 100”;

2. Decree No. 1374 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 15, 2024 “On amendments to certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.”
