After many years of business developed together it has been agreed that APC Asia Pacific Cargo (HK), which is our group company and hereinafter APC, would sell the minority interests in APC Thailand and APC Singapore to the respective majority shareholders. We declare thereof, that the 2 entities have no more financial relationship with APC.
APC wishes best of luck to the 2 former affiliated companies.
Because we currently utilize the same logo, we are considering the manner to differentiate ourselves more visibly for avoidance of doubt. In reality, the logo of APC has been used in many countries in the past and still currently used by other companies.
